The Transbus Enviro 300 was launched in 2001, becoming the first member of the Enviro range. Successor Alexander Dennis introduced a second generation version, which featured styling similar to the Enviro 200 and 400, in 2007. This version of the 300 was far more successful than the first, with Arriva, First Group and Stagecoach purchasing examples, prior to production ending in 2015. The MBF Streetscene kit is based on the MAN second generation style body, featuring gasket-style windows. The kit contains a one piece resin body shell and chassis/seating unit, plus printed glazing sheet. White metal wheels, steering wheel and etched brass mirrors and wipers come from the excellent range offered by Mark Hughes Models. A conversion part and additional glazing is included in the kit to assist the builder should they want to convert it to Scania, Volvo etc. Full build instructions are also included.
