For a second year, the Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT) has held the UK Bus & Coach Conference, as an online-only event over two days. A wide line-up of speakers included operators, politicians and representatives from tourism organisations, experts in behavioural change and the BBC. The organisers claim more than 400 people had registered for the event.

The two days were entirely populated with interesting presentations and conversation, more than there is space for in this magazine. What follows are some of the highlights from this year’s event.
