Go Devon Bus gets going

Go Devon Bus branded Alexander Dennis Enviro200 157 (WJ65 HMV) on the first day of Go South West Plymouth Citybus operating supported routes 315/345/377. It is seen in Exeter on route 345 to Okehampton via Crediton and Hatherleigh which was previously Stagecoach route 5A.

Go South West Plymouth Citybus has further expanded with a new Go Devon Bus brand for Devon County Council contracts surrendered by Stagecoach South West (Buses last month) linking Exeter and Crediton with Hatherleigh, Okehampton, Chulmleigh, Torrington, Bideford and Barnstaple from October 31.

New rural two-hourly routes 315 (Exeter-Bideford-Barnstaple) and 345 (Exeter-Hatherleigh-Okehampton) and hourly route 377 (Exeter-Chulmleigh) combine to half-hourly Exeter-Crediton. They restore old route numbers and replace Stagecoach routes 5B, 5A and 5C with no change to frequencies.
