Founded: 2002, when father and son Charles and Keith Simpson purchased two thirds of the business from Procters of Leeming Bar. Procters had established the depot in 2000 and moved the fleet acquired from Peter Hall Coaches, Robin Hood Bay in 1997. As employees of Procters, the Simpsons (who had previously worked for Arriva at Loftus) made their bid to avoid closure of the business and took over nine coaches. The company trades as “Part of the Procters Coaches Family”, benefiting from group synergies.

Opened Bridlington base 2011 at former RAF emergency airfield and purchased first new coach, Volvo B8R/Plaxton Panther YX69 LHA, in 2019.

Where does it operate?: Thirty-one school and college contracts (eight are closed door). Construction workers services to Woodsmith Polyhalite Mine, near Whitby. Staff transport to food processing centre in Malton. Operating area westward from east coast to York. Private hires and occasional rail replacement services.
