A DOUBLE-DECK YEAR

The Society of Motor Manufacturers & Traders no longer publishes statistics showing the market shares achieved by the different manufacturers supplying the UK with buses and coaches, so this annual analysis — using data derived from PSV Circle news sheets — is a unique and independent source of information on who delivered what last year.

As those who subscribe to them regularly will know, the news sheets provide accurate records of new vehicles placed in service by operators, allowing different combinations of chassis and bodywork to be identified.
