Somerset independent Nippy Bus, which closed abruptly on 29 October (Buses last month), has gone into liquidation.
The replacement First South West service 52 (West Coker-Yeovil-Bower Hinton) has been secured to 31 March, while South West Coaches retains the 667(Street-Wincanton) but First West of England-operated route 669 (Street- Shepton Mallet) passes to Frome Minibuses.
New limited services 633 (Hatch Green Coaches), 44 (Somerset County Council) and 665 (Mendip Community Transport) partially replace demand responsive Nippy Bus services N6, N8 and N11.
