In recent years, Chippenhambased Faresaver has enhanced its publicity in several ways, this at a time when many other operators and local authorities find it difficult to distribute publications, such as timetables, to everyone who requires one.

Not only does it display its timetable and fares information leaflets and make them available on its buses, but it also distributes them through many local amenities across Wiltshire and Somerset, including the enquiry office at Bath bus station, an important loading point for its principal services X31 to Chippenham, X67 to Frome and X72 to Devizes and Easterton, as well as some of its less frequent routes.
